Another way to stopping addiction is knowing the places to avoid so the excitement of falling for your addiction does not rise again. Since you know going to the pub must get you drunk then avoid that environment. In our fifth article of breaking of your addiction, we're talking where to go and where not to go when you are in the course of breaking your addiction. Be inspired.
6.Identify your triggers.
Everyone has a certain set of triggers that make them automatically want to indulge their habits. For example, if you're struggling with an alcohol addiction, you might find it difficult to attend a certain restaurant without feeling a strong urge to drink. If you're addicted to gambling, passing a casino on the way home from work might make you feel compelled to stop. If hanging out with friends will give a rise to the attitudes you have decided to drop, then place a distance between you and them till your course is completed. In other words anything that can slow down your achievement in this course of breaking your addictions can wait until you are done. Knowing your triggers will help you face them down when the time comes to quit.
