What kind of leader are you working with in your network marketing business?

This is a very critical question you must think before you pitch your tent with a sponsor or leader. Most leaders i know in network marketing business are the "GRASSHOPPER" type of leaders, meaning they are the jump around kind of leaders, the "Anything goes" kind of Leaders. These kind of leaders who will abandon their team once he or she hears that "ANOTHER NEW COMPANY" has started or launched. They do not give a damn about anyone in their team. What they simply tend to, is their selfish greed to acquire as much as money as they can grab and discard their team to another new company or business or even will want to move their team members to the new company or business. Some of these leaders will always tune their ears and eyes for THE latest trending business or company abandoning their team members to their own detriment and move on.

Or are you working with a leader who does not have the skill and knowledge base to grow a network marketing business. Is your LEADER the type, who thinks of enriching him or herself without building any member of the Team. Such a LEADER gets all the award and recognition, he does not mind if anyone in his team is succeeding.
