
While your burn isn't healed, avoid hot/warm foods, spicy foods, and acidic foods (like lemon and orange). Drink plenty of water You may find that cold smooth food like yogurt easier to eat. Take some pain killers, and suck on ice to relieve the pain. If your burn looks like it's getting worse, go to the doctor. You may have an infection. If the burn is not too serious, it should heal naturally in about two weeks.
