Pregnant women actually do need more sleep, especially in the first trimester. Doctors recommend 9 hrs of sleep a day. Getting only 6 hours of sleep may be detrimental to your pregnancy. Don't overdo it though - more than 10 hrs a night is bad for your health as well!
