Sex is a shared experience - both give and take. So, there is no need to say thanks after sex. If you do want to express gratitude towards your partner, perhaps something like "I love how you make me feel!" or "That was amazing/incredible/mind-blowing!," or "I'm so lucky to have you," may be a sexier way to express thanks.
