QUESTION
How can a man live a church especially where you hold a key post there but what they preach is not inline and you have inward witness to move out?
ANSWER
Jesus clearly gave instructions about staying out of bad situations spiritually. He urged the early apostles not to follow the "blind" Pharisees (Luke 6:39, Matthew 15:1-14). He told us to watch out for all forms of Phariseeism (Matthew 16:12). At least, this relates to where the words of men supplant or distort the words of the Lord (Matthew 15:3), when men of gold uses people to gain power for themselves and their appearances count more than Christ’s values (Matthew 23).
Paul also talked about the crave for appearance over Christ's values ("a form of godliness but denying its power") and commanded Timothy to not have anything to do with it (2 Timothy 3:1-5). Paul gave a similar command to the Ephesians to have nothing to do with deeds of darkness, but rather to expose them (Ephesians 5:11). Paul told Titus to have nothing to do with divisive individuals who persist in false teachings or advancing foolish controversies after attempts to bring about a correction (Titus 3:9-10).

Unlike the apostles, we do not have those who sit on Moses' seat that we MUST listen to as our Lord said to the early apostles in Matthew 23. We are all priests – Royal priesthood (the order of Melchizedek). So what is important is the execution of our priestly role in the world. Our interrelationship with fellow priests is key for iron sharpens iron; The Holy Spirit gives gifts to each of us as we meet together for the purpose of building us up together to the perfection of Christ. However, we are to be mindful of the spirit that is alive in individuals we relate with.
The one-man show structure of today's “church” is a foundational flaw that must be corrected now, it does not reflect family life. And, of course, it is easy to detect spirit of error in it as in all one-man show systems. What must you do?

Follow what the Spirit of Christ says to you. Christ is at this time calling out His people…”COME OUT OF HER MY PEOPLE…” (Revelation 18:4). If His people are not in the fake system He would not be calling them out. Follow what the Spirit says to you and begin to also preach the gospel and win souls, meet with them and the Spirit of Christ will come into your midst and deliver the gifts you all need to be built into the image of Christ. Don’t bother about name formation, you have a name already – The Called-out (Church). Don’t bother about registering with any government, it is the government that should register with you; “…government shall rest on His shoulder” (Isaiah 9:6)
Shine your light and live up to your priestly role by the power of the Holy Spirit, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
